Q: What is your return policy on phones?

 

A: Customer satisfaction is our main goal. We offer a 14 day return on any cell phone equipment purchased but all the original materials that originally came with the package must be included. UPC code must still be intacted and the phone should be in "LIKE NEW" condition. Due to corporate changes there is a $35.00 re-stocking fee that will be charged on all RETURNS. Contact us directly for more information.

Q: How can I get my contacts and pictures transferred to my new phone?

 

A: Thats NO problem as we have a data machine that can take care of that worry for you. Also when you get your new phone at Fox the service is FREE.

A: Fox not only is an Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer but we are also proudly partnered up with NewWave Communications offering Cable, Internet and Landline Phone for both residential and business customers. Now offering DIRECTV for both Residential and Business customers, HUGHES-NET and Exede Internet. Need pre-pay minutes and don't have Verizon Wireless....well NO WORRIES we offer prepaid minutes for several companies such as Verizon, Alltel, Net-10 and Tracfone just to name a few. Need to pay a bill.....well we can do that too! We are a bill payment center for over 50 well known companies like DirecTv, Dish Network, Verizon, Alltel, At&t, Geico, AllState, Comcast, NewWave Communications, Charter and many many more...... 


Q: How long does it take to get NewWave installed?

 

A: Typically customers are told any where from 5-7 business days for residential and 7-10 business days for Business's.


Q: What is the install fee for NewWave services?

 

A: Please inquire at Fox Communications for install fees and deposits if required. These promos can change monthly.

Q: What is your return policy on accessories?


A: We offer a LIFETIME warranty on all home and car chargers bought at Fox Communications. All other accessories include a 14 day return policy however customer could be charged a restocking fee and all accessories must be returned with no physical or water damage and include all original packaging.
